The PFU Doesn’t Exist Yet
The Proper Football Union hasn’t been formed — not yet. Its rules, its structure, who gets a vote and who doesn’t — none of it is written down, because none of it has been agreed. That only happens once the Union itself comes into being.
Until then, the Elite Division and the Alliance play on under the old rulebook — see Elite & Alliance Rules. What replaces it is still being decided by people who don’t yet know how much is about to change.
